Accessibility Statement

Pembroke Miramar Homes is designed to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Our target is conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
What we do
Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure; keyboard-operable navigation, filters, galleries and forms with visible focus indicators; descriptive alternative text for listing photos; sufficient color contrast; support for reduced-motion preferences; a skip-to-content link; and a list view alternative to every map.
Known limitations
The live MLS search on our Search page is provided by the Miami Association of REALTORS® (Matrix IDX) inside an embedded frame; parts of that tool do not yet meet WCAG 2.2 AA (unlabeled controls, small map buttons, low-contrast buttons). If you cannot use it, contact us and we will run the search for you and send the results in an accessible format. Third-party map tiles and some listing photographs supplied by MLS feeds may also have limited accessibility. We are working to replace the embedded search with our own accessible interface.
