Designated agent

This website is operated for Ana Lopez (Luxe Properties) by Future Tales, LLC, which has designated the following agent with the U.S. Copyright Office (registration DMCA-1083003) to receive notifications of claimed infringement:

DMCA Agent, Future Tales, LLC · 2107 NW 142nd Wy, Pembroke Pines, FL 33028, United States · Phone (551) 587-0112 · Email fernando@futuretales.ai

Listing content

Property listings, photographs and descriptions on this website are provided under license by the Southeast Florida MLS (MIAMI REALTORS®). Copyright in that material belongs to the listing brokerages, photographers and the MLS. Reports concerning listing content are also forwarded to MIAMI REALTORS® as the license requires.

How to send a takedown notice

Send a written notice to the designated agent (email preferred) that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (3) identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on this website (the page URL and, for photographs, which image); (4) your name, address, telephone number and email address; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

On receipt of a complete notice we remove or disable access to the material promptly, normally within one business day, notify the party that supplied it, and keep a record of the notice.

Counter-notice

If material you supplied was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send the designated agent a counter-notice containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or, if outside the United States, the Southern District of Florida) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice. We forward counter-notices to the original claimant and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless that person informs us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers and misuse

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users or contributors who repeatedly infringe copyrights. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
