Information collected automatically: pages viewed, listings viewed, searches performed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring URLs and campaign parameters (such as utm_* codes), and cookies or similar technologies used to keep the site working and to measure performance.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries and requests for showings or market reviews; to send listing alerts and market updates you ask for; to personalize the homes and communities you see; to measure and improve the site; to comply with real estate licensing, MLS and legal obligations; and to prevent fraud and abuse.

Sharing

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, by using the unsubscribe link in an email, or by contacting us. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and security

We keep records of consent and communications for as long as required by law and legitimate business needs, and other information for as long as needed for the purposes above. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
